Will not refresh / cannot login (not new user)

Sometimes your Modem IP is stuck and creates one of two problems :-

  1. Cannot Login (not new user)
  2. The Refresh / update keeps you in a "Retry" status

Turn off your Modem for two minutes. Good Idea to reboot your device at this time too, while waiting.

  • Connect your device to the wifi
  • Check it is connected to the internet not just the modem
  • Retry your M2TVA app.
