Sometimes your Modem IP is stuck and creates one of two problems :-
- Cannot Login (not new user)
- The Refresh / update keeps you in a "Retry" status
Turn off your Modem for two minutes. Good Idea to reboot your device at this time too, while waiting.
- Connect your device to the wifi
- Check it is connected to the internet not just the modem
- Retry your M2TVA app.
