Some people are using downloader and the .apk file in the download is not "parsing" fully so not creating a .apk file
work around :-
- download ES file explorer or similar
- search internal memory to downloader (not downloads)
- rename the m2tva_pro.bin to .apk
- once renamed go back to the downloader app
- scroll left to files
- select the m2tva_pro.apk and install.
