Some people are using downloader and the .apk file in the download is not "parsing" fully so not creating a .apk file

work around :-

1. download ES file explorer or similar
2. search internal memory to downloader (not downloads)
3. rename the m2tva_pro.bin to .apk
4. once renamed go back to the downloader app
5. scroll left to files
6. select the m2tva_pro.apk and install.
